Concord Lamp & Shade was established in 1978 with the objective of helping you solve many of your lighting needs.
 |
The store features lamps of many types – from the wrought iron of Hubbardton Forge to the cut crystal of Waterford, to the solid brass of Griffin Brothers, to the intriguing designs of Uttermost. In addition, one of the things that continues to make Concord Lamp & Shade very special is the lamps designed and crafted at the shop. We work to identify appealing and unique lamp bases from artisans as far away as Zimbabwe and Asia, as well as renowned potters from New England. Once in the shop, these pottery and other bases are then drilled and transformed into lamps using the highest quality parts available in the market. The finishing touches are the lamp shade and finial. Using the deep inventory of shades in the store, we fit the appropriate style and size lamp shade to the lamp and then finish (fini) it off with just the right finial….you won’t find these lamps anywhere else!
With over 2,000 lamp shades in stock, our selection of lamp shades, fabrics, sizes and colors is unequaled in the region. In addition, our staff will work with you to custom fit shades to your lamps, pulling not only from our deep inventory, but from the industry’s finest custom lampshade manufacturers. Additional services include making shades from “customer supplied material,” custom shade design and shade relining.
Another important part of our business is our lamp repair and restoration service. From antique restoration to European conversions to rewiring, our service department enjoys a well deserved reputation.
Responsive customer service is our first priority, and we are looking forward to the opportunity to service you with the widest selection and highest quality lighting products available in New England.
